im 13 and I use them but thats because my peroids are really heavy. but yeah whenever you think your comfurtable using them then go ahead. there really easy once you get use to them and you dont feel them really if there in just right

There is no specific age - I got my period when I was 11 and didn’t start using tampons till I was 16. I was scared to use them before I lost my virginity so I waited, it’s a personal choice though. There is a box of Teen Tampons you can get for beginners, that’s what I started with, it comes with instructions and all that.

No, and don’t listen to mrball - he’s dead wrong.

Just because you use a tampon or your hymen tears, does not mean you aren’t a virgin.

The hymen is a thin piece of flesh and often tears long before girls have sex for the first time - many normal physical activities can cause the hymen to tear.

You lose your virginity when you’ve had intercourse - the hymen is not a contributing factor.
