I find cold used tea bag helps….You can either have the tea first, then use the tea bags later….I tend to freeze my tea bags for a few minutes and then apply the bags under the dark circle areas….As the eyes are very delicate, be sure to gentle and always closed your eyes when applying the tea bags….. I know 2 of my friends use haemorrhoid cream but I couldn’t see myself applying that under my eyes..
