0kay s0 I want t0 l0se weight whats g00d f0r me t0 eat?? H0w many days sh0uld I g0 running? Sh0uld I sign up f0r the gym?? Can I drink teas? 0r stick t0 water?? Give me advice 0n what t0 eat && stuff please!
lol well depends how much weight you want to lose.. and ho much you weigh.. to be honest .. drink a lot of water(dont relpace your meals with it) week by week lessen your meal portion by very little depending on how much you eat. and eat a snack every hour .. but chill it .. running is a good excersie .. why dont you likewalk every day unless you dont like to.. the run every other day. Btw it may sem not eating will help lose weight .. ti really doesnt bc your stomach gets a little puffy and you lose some muscle.. foods to eat well eat foods that you enjoy just in moderation.. water should help you losesome pounds =]
Good for you to eat: Whole grain: bread, pasta, etc Brown Rice Nut- almonds, cashews, etc but don't over do these Fruit Vegtables Hummus
Drink lots and lots of water. It fills you up and it's great for your skin Tea can be really great for you, but careful about the amount of caffine your consuming
