ive heard people say some are rubbish and they con you into making you buy their products ect ect but i want to know if you've been on a diet or heard about one...what did you do and how long was you on it for?
There`s this diet where you drink hot water with lemon squirted inside EVERY MORNING which helps you lose weight fast for some reason , then you ONLY eat nourshing snacks like vegetables , fruits, yogurts, or anything with protein or fiber ONCE EVERY THREE HOURS , and ONLY one meal a day under 300 calories. With my experience i lost about 5/6 pounds a week.
I haven't heard of a best diet yet. The best one for me is eating healthy permanently and changing a lifestyle. Working only in a pharmacy for almost 3 years already opened my eyes to the nonsense that diets are. They always deprive you either of vital nutrients, certain foodgroups, or just general all round fun with what you eat. I hate the things.
Thats why when your on a diet , YOU DONT STOP EATING THE HEALTHY FOODS. If you want to lose weight and keep it off , then you exercise but when if you chose to diet instead then you have to stick to it for a while or you
ll gain the weight right back.
Thats correct , but eating mostly snacks like fruits, veggies, yogurts , and protein&fiber every three hours plus a 300 calorie meal is healthy , and i
ve lost a lot of weight by doing that.
the diabetic diet is the best diet in the world...
im sure i dont need to explain why, as diabetics need teh best diet in order to survive and keep a good weight/health :p
The best diet I tried is Dr. McDougall's plan. His program is a low fat near-vegan diet. Rather hard to stay on; especially in Texas where BBQ is considered a food group.
ive tried diets and they've never worked for me.so ive just started exercising more but i wanted to see if anyone had been on a good diet and achieved something.
Oh, I didn't see the last part of your question. I've never been on a diet. When I want to lose weight I just exercise more and it has always worked.
i never said i wanted to go on a diet. i was just asking people what they think the best diet they've been on or heard about is.
The best diet for me is the diet I'm on now. Working out with yourself and eating smaller portions of things really helps.
But don't you get really bored after a while? And what happens when you stop?
My favorites the seefood diet. once you see food you like you eat it!
why don't you just eat properly and exersize.... works for me...
