whats up with this crazy huge ulcer on my tongue?

so i woke up monday morning (last week) and there was this small ulser just off the tip of tongue. i didnt at an eye at it but when i got back from school it had got double the size. nextmorning i woke up and it was about the size of the pupil in my eye. i started to get concerned so i put a little bit of salt on it. i did this evry night until last night (sunday) and yesterday it was back to its origanal size. this morning i woke up and it was still the same size. but i went out and when i cae home it had got a load bigger and a load more tiny ulcer’s spread up around it. whats happening to me. its given me a bit of a lisp aswell. any ideas?

Does it hurt? could you have possibly bit your tongue in your sleep? sometimes when i eat sour foods A LOT my tongue does stuff like this =/ if you really are worried or if it doesn’t go away in a few days go to a dr. But in the mean time swish salt water around in your mouth and take lysine :)

Gargle wid salt water nd use some anticeptic mouth wash…. or tke a Q-tip nd just put a ‘li’l bit of bleach on it

Yes, never put bleach in your mouth. A sore in your mouth that continues to get bigger needs to be seen by a doctor ASAP. Good luck Sue
