letter have a back up plain thats what i do be like moved out (if you live with him) and be somwhere he cant find you then dump him…or call help to be there when you do so you wont get hurt…

Face to face, it shows you respect your partner enough to tell them to their face rather than taking the easy way out. It allows you to comfort and truly talk it out while providing some closure. However “but suppose the person gets violent?” if you truly believe the person will get violent then I would do it through text message or letter,it’s just not worth it.

Face to face, he deserves that. But if he is violent do not go to his house alone. Meet him in a public place with lots of people.

Go with him , nd spend an hour time.. nd talk abt ur both together’s past sweet memories.. after an hour u would give him little hint abt break up.. means u will confuse to him.. then come back to home at night, u msg him abt brkup.. and say today was our beautiful last day.. :)

Personally I think it depends on why your breaking up, if it’s an abusive relationship do it on the phone because you don’t need to have them completely lash out on you in person and possibly hurt you. If it is just a normal breakup do it face to face.
