music and relaxing or venting/ranting to someone helps me calm down, or completely getting away from the situation
but sometimes claming down doesnt get rid of anger it just controls it until the next time something sets you off
sports are a good way of getting anger out, because you can either take it out on yourself by pushing yourself past being angry, or if its a contact sport you can play rough (just please dont play with the full out intention of harming someone)
I have recently discovered that throwing things makes me feel better when I am uncontrolably angry... but that's not very good and I only did it once and I was by myself and noone got hurt and nothing broke lol
here's a really stupid little thing that helps me get anger out when I'm frustrated im usually stuck in my room alone, so I will crank up the music and clean my room.... but I slam stuff around or like push things out of the way, throw my clothes across my room, basically do everything I need to do, but much rougher/violently. hahaha I know it sounds lame but on a bad day where everything is just eating at me it does kind of lets me have a mini meltdown in a productive way
crying, writing, and burning stuff usually works better for me when I am upset, not angry
there are many ways to relieve anger or exasperation...i personally find that going outside for a walk or listening to music calms me down. when i get upset or angry at a person i try to get away from that person so i don't lose my cool with them...screaming or crying works sometimes but i'm not big on making a scene so if i do either of those i wait till i'm all alone in the house with the music cranked way way up...hope this helps :)
if you are sitting>stand up if you are standing already then sit if didn't work then lay like laying to sleep and wash WITH WATER your "hands to the el bows and Whooloe face and your feet. and just wipe your hair with your wet hands and get away from the PLACE AND REASON of anger this should VERY much work ;}>
Take up a martial art. Not only do you get to release some stress out by fighting, but most (traditional) martial arts gym teach you how to control your anger
or cry, write something down, or set some thing on fire away from ur house :)
Scream, shout .I also write my feelings down or use it in my song writting
Make more friends...Hang out... Crack jokes....Pranking ll work....
punch a wall and listen to crazy psycho music.
