K so besides meat, beans, and nuts, what is a good choice in protein?
Cause most of that stuff has a lot of fat. And im watching my weight so yeah lol.
And also if you can throw in some good tips/ideas for whole grain stuff :]
Vegetables contain protein. They may not have as much as what you listed in your question, but they do have it, and they are very low in fat and calories. You can also take protein supplements that you can buy at any nutrition or fitness store. There are also powders you can put in water and smoothie mixes you can make.
egg whites. This is a very low fat high protein food and if you don't like wasting the yolk in your eggs you can buy egg whites - they come in containers in the eggs section.
I like those protien bars. Favorites include Luna- Nutz over Chocolate and Clif- Chocolate Chip
not if you eat a whole lot of it just like a spoon full
peanut butter
