Throughout the dayy my left eye has been twitching. also the left side of my face has been hurting (From temple to jaw) What could be wrong with me,,, and/or what can I do to stop it?

you could be dehidrated cause when I was dehidrated my eye wld twitch and my eye lids wud cramp up basicly my body wld shut dwn DRINK MORE WATER fun mail me if you need to know mor
I've heard that if you don't get enough sleep, you will get twitches until you get more sleep. As for your temple, im not really sure what's going on.
this same thing happened to me like, a week ago... it turned out I wasnt gettin enough sleep, so, you should try to get to bed early for a few days
