What would you recommend for my hair?

I heard that profectiv mega anti breakage strengthener growth oil is good if you want your hair to grow because my beautician said that 1 side of my hair isnt growing has fast as the other side and she told me to wash my hair once every week now. I was just wonderin should I put that anti breakage strengthener in my hair before I wrap my hair at nite or should I put it in my hair when I straighten my hair after I wash it (cause I straighten my hair once every week either on a friday or saturday) because my beautician said its a good hot oil treatment

if its a hot oil treatment you put it in your hair & sit under a dryer with a shower cap. If you don’t have that type of dryer at home you can put the oil in your hair then wrap a HOT damp towel on your hair. leave it for about 30 mins then rinse & use your normal conditioner. When you rinse your conditioner out use cool or cold water so it doesnt completely strip the oil & moisture out.
