What would you do?
So my chemistry class on the bottom floor of the school. Next to the maintenance rooms. When we go to lunch we pass these doors that lead to the faculty parking lot. Well, today the maintenance guys were sanding in front of those doors. When I walked by with my firned one leaned towards me and said, “BUT WHAT FOR?!” So I got creeped out but we laughed it off and headed up the stairs. But my friend Ali said that when she walked by se was playing with her hair and the same guy leaned towards her and said, “Don’t play with it, it’s beautiful.” And they normally don’t stand there. Ali wanted to tellthe principal, but the rest of us (he did it to bunch of us) didn’t know what they would do about it.
Should we talk to the principal or not? I don’t think it’s that big of a deal, unless it happens again. But my friend’s really freaked about it.
Should we wait and see if it happens again, or not?
if you dont feel comftable about it then yes I would suggest talking to a principle or a counsler
That is a bit creepy, but honestly I bet the principal will say they’ll leave as soon as the job is done, try to stay away from them until then. I mean they’re being paid to sand the stairs and the princialp isn’t going to let the job be half done.
Tell the principal. If you don’t feel he/she has done enough afterwards, seek higher authority. You are not supposed to feel uncomfortable at school. A school is supposed to be a safe environment for students to learn and feel comfortable. Being creeped out is a form of being uncomfortable. TAKE ACTION!
I meant STANDING in front of the stairs. Like, just standing there. Doing absolutely nothing.
They are harassing you. And if you weren’t in a group, he may have sexually harassed you (although it already sounds like it was on the verge of it). I would shoot your principal a quick email right now and just let him/her know what happened. This guy is an adult and should not be acting this way towards young ladies.
