I broke up with my boyfriend over 2 years ago. His cousin recently contacted me to say "hi". We've chatted on-line a couple of times and now wants to visit me. Why all of the sudden is my ex's family contacting me and wanting to see me nonetheless? It's all very confusing. I'm not worried about his cousin trying to get with me, but why the sudden interest? I've haven't seen his family since we broke up and now they want to. My ex is very close to his family, so he knows we've been talking and obviously doesn't have a problem with it but I do because I'm not sure how to react.
I reckon if he isnt in it to get with you, your ex put him up to it to see what you have been doing, expect the conversation to go something like "so would you ever think about getting back together with my cousin?"
You could just ask....but take the visit....maybe the cousin has had a secret crush on you...a guy I hope? jk... I would have asked about the whole family
