What will not damage my teeth?
I heard that if you use baking soda a lot then it damages your enamel. I was going to use a mixture of baking soda, toothpaste, and water once or twice a week. will that mixture damage it??
That is actually a good combination. Really, it wont damage your teeth. But the baking soda irratates your gums a little if you brush to hard. Make sure after brushing you dont rinse right away! I am serious, wait a couple of minutes before rinsing, If you rinse immediately you lose all of the flouride off of your teeth that comes in the toothpaste, and letting the baking soda break down your germs for a minute or two helps with your breath!
