Hi I am like 13 and I have a total flat chest. I don't know why. All my girls in my class have boobs. But I'm like the odd ball I have a flat chest. When I go to school I where a cuped bra with padding and in the summer my friends invite me to swim parties and I can't go because they think I have boobs. Can anyone help me? I seriously need boobs fast! A can not be flat chested anymore
why? because your 13 your still a child and youve only just BEGUN to go through puberty everyone develops at different rates whats nrmal for your friends is NOT normal for you so STOP comparing yourself to other kids, because your not them and you dont have their genes and no not every other 13 year old kid in your school has boobs a lot of them dont your breasts will finnish developing by the time your 18-21 years old so you need to be patient and WAIT for them to grow because they have barely even started growing now just be patient and wait at 13 the last thing you should want to bring attention to is your breasts just go and swim with your friends if they make fun of your boobs, there NOT your friends if they dont care, they are
victoria secret bras! it makes a difference and they dont feel really fake.! and use good posture b/c it makes you push out your chest! but I know how you feel im 18 and I have small boobs, you just need to get confidence in the way you look no matter what because you are going to be you forever!! haha. its in the way you carry yourself too, fake confidence if you need to it will come in time. but until then, find something you like about yourself and focus on that instead. and I'm sure plenty of those girls are jealous of your smaller chest b/c bigger boobs can be annoying im sure( but I wouldnt know lmao) ! -good luck (:
Use Victoria secret bomb shell bras they are push ups and they make your bust look up to 3 sizes bigger! They really work! Anyways you can sew extra padding into your swimsuits. JoAnnes fabric stores have the extra pads you can trim down and sew in. I know how you feel. I'm same exact thing and I did all the stuff I explained and it really helped me. Hopefully I will develop too. Just remember: almost all famous fashion models are tiny, and considered the prettiest and best!
I know how you feel, and the last answer you want to recieve is if they are your friends then they wont care, so what I suggest is to eat a lot of sesame seeds, they have natural estrogen which is great for womens hormones, this wont happen over night though, so if its a short term thing, then all I can suggest is to hit some great swimsuit shops, some bikini tops come with a little extra padding already.
Well the thing is with swimming you cant really wear anything else so I dont know what to say except be yourself if their your friends they wont mind will they,not everyone has started puberty
