What was I suppose to say or do ?

Today I didnt go to work because I had a lot of things to accomplish this morning now that I finished early I was going to go to a lake with my boyfriend. After all the rain we’ve had there are a lot of puddles rivers, and fishing. keep in mind it was suppose to just to be myself and him. Now his brother and dad want to go as well… So I told him No I wasnt going anymore. Its not the same going with him & his fam its rather GAY! he pays all the attention to them and does all guy stuff. when its just me and him we hike around sit and talk fish… so I said im not going now he is mad? was I being irrational?

I think you overreacted a little. You should tell him that when he goes anywhere with you that you should be his number one concern.
