Which iPod docking stereo should I buy?

This question is to those who know alot about audio tech.

I’ve been looking at Ipod docking stereos everywhere and I still can’t decide which one to get. I looked at many types Bose sounddock, Klipsch igroove, Ihome, Harman Kardon Go+Play ect. some of them seem to be over priced to me. I want to buy one that surrounds the room with rich clearity with alot of bass. The Bose, in my opinion, lacked that feel in the music that I was looking for. The Klipsch sounded about the same as the Bose, but gave off a bit more bass, but I still wasn’t satisfied. The Ihome had beautiful sound for the price of $199, but it didn’t really reach the high volume levels which I was looking for. Harman Kardon had perfect sound and everything, it looked cool as well. I want one that sounds just as good, or better than the Harman Kardon Go+Play, but $350 is a bit high. I don’t want to pay that much if I don’t have to.
