What type of dress should I wear to eight grade graduation?

A pink dress? A red sparkly dress? A simple black dress?

I went with a halter top dress. the top was dark brown and the bottom had pink and brownish colored flowers, it was really pretty.

I say neither. red and sparkly sounds too fancy and pink sounds like the 5th grade. and it will probably be hot so forget about black. I say maybe like a nice floral dress. since its summer. maybe like a yellow dress.

Wear a school color, or ask whoever is in charge of the ceremony what they want you to wear. My school told us what to wear, but I don’t remember what they wanted for the girls… Ask the teacher thats in charge, he/she’ll point you in the right direction.

I believe BASIC black should not be worn before the age of 16. However a style that you like in a black and white would be perfect. Don’t make it too short but not too long that it is out of style. Go with your instinct but a black and white dress would be VERY classy!

sparkly red just makes me think of Christmas or New Years
