my bestfriend is sad is always sad everyday around 10pm for the past couple of months andd she doesnt know why what should I tell her? I told before tha it can be something deep with in andd if she doesnt know it ccan be something mental.can you gave me any idea to hel her out and everythinq good in life for her she just get depress out of no where what can it be ?
