What to do or say when your sorry to the kid your "talking to"

I have a question too so theres  this guy I like christian and I meet his best friend frank a few days later and I started to like both of them then frank left for two weeks and went to camp and I bonded with christian and stopped liking frank he came back and I didn’t flirt with him and we hung out like all together like four times but we went to a party and christian went about his thing leaving me alone I only know frank and like five other people but franks a bit touchy and flirty  n he sat next to me and someone spilled their drink on me so I got angrey and wanted to get cleaned up but frank wouldn’t let me get up unless a kissed him …he did this before so  im like hmm I like christian I don’t know what to do I know he wont leave me alone unless I do and he wont let me leave us I dont..so I tired to get up and nope so he kisses me but I think I did too just to get him to leave me albut them we have to make out now to leave so he tries to but I just storm outta he room and freakne but I don’t rember it was so fast all I can rember is just wanting to go wash my shirt off . I freak out in the bathroom because he just kissed me and im scared christian will find out I wanna be thw kne o tell jun just not around all these ppi so I text my friend and I don’t know what to do christian is still no where to be found so I leave go to the kitchen franks not there so I just wait help some girls clean up and he comes over I keep comig up with things to do and I kinda ignore him and he’s like puttig his arm around me and tryen to touch my butt but I pay no attention to him or the face that christian just walked in the room after hearing me and frank “made out” which we didn’t !!  he tired to but it never happened but frank leaves after a while of ignoring him and I go say hi to christian and he wanted nothen to do with me I dont blame him he is just mad and thinks it will happen again I didn’t mean to make them get so mas or hurt anyone I mean im compltly sober I know whats going on he doesnt hes been all over evrryone that night and for frank to kiss me and not any other girl he hit in looks worse but I’m not good at saying no and I normally don’t party wiith guys
