Okay I have a friend and she thinks she’s fat and I want to build her selfesteem up more how can I do that without being mean?? And saying your not fat dammit god im sick of you being narcssitic??

well I have a friend that is the same way and it is really hard to build up their self esteem. I tell her everyday that she is beautiful and not fat. I also compare her to myself saying if she was fat I would be super obese. just little things like that. The main thing you need to do is help her believe that she isnt fat which is the hardest thing to do but dont give up on encouraging her and dont get angry with her.
