What suprise for my girlfriend?

Well my girlfriend has been doing a lot of things for me lately and I’ve already used up all my ideas :/ can anyone suggest anything like a mini suprise or lil gift I cud give her? Any help wud b appretiated Thanks

I’m about to buy a free pedicure for a friend woman manager of mine cause she bought me cologne on my b-day. She loved the idea and every woman loves to be pampered. You could give her a massage with massage oil!

Organise a nice dinner at home for two? Or hire movies out that you know you and your girlfriend like, cuddle up to eachother on the couch with some yummy popcorn :D Or a nice foot rub, I know I love those haha. But yeah also like the person above, every girl likes to be pampered, it raises their confidences about themselves :) Or make her a cup of tea once in a while or maybe paint her toe nails haha. My boyfriend paints my finger nails and toes lol. =^.^=
