What size should I be?

Okay I have recently been called fat (by several different people)…but I wear a size 2 and am about 114 pounds…im almost 5’ 8”…and have a 7 inch wrist(which is large boned) how much am I over weight and what should I weigh?

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Hell No, people who call you fat are idiots! You are not fat. Your tall, you have to have the weight to support your large frame.

who is telling you that you are fat? they need to be smacked!! I have been in that situation too and I was no where near fat but I still was really self concious and I lost 30 lbs and looked like a skeleton. I know now that it wasnt worth it and you should never let ANYBODY make you feel bad about yourself. a size 2 is very very tiny…not anywhere close to fat, especially to be 5’8”. ideally you should weigh about 130 according to bmi charts so you are underweight.

you definitely aren’t overweight…but maybe you have big hips, or something like that, and so they’re making fun of you about that. if such is the case, you’re pretty much screwed…because you’re already underweight. it’d just be bone structure, and you can’t really help that. sorry they make fun of you…either live with it, or you could beat them up. I say go for the latter; don’t take crap from anybody! live the dream.
