What should I wear, & what hairstyle, help please?

I’m going to town tomorrow to do a bit of shopping with my friend, the boy I like and his friend. I have no clue what to wear or how to have my hair. I don’t want to look like a slut or anything, and it’s going to be cold since it’s the middle of winter, what should I wear? Also how should I have my hair, my hair is brunette, just over my shoulders and it’s frizzy?

im lovin my denim mini skirt with brown tights and ugg boots and any colour top/t-shirt with a long cardigan..:) and a nice hat and scarf to go wit it :) its my fave out fit and I dont look likee a slut at all (for a change) lol for make up I just keep it natural looking wi a bit of blush and I gawt dis new silvery mac eyeshadow -lovee it- my hair is pretty long with a sidee fringe,, I just put it in a loose and messy bun wit my sidee fringe clipped loosely to the side..

seriusly its comfy,, warm ,, stylish but simple.. you cant beat it :) x
