What should I do about my best friend??
Me best friends name is cindy.I’ve been besties with her since like 2 grade and im in eighth grade now.she is o pretty and perfect and everything im not. I don’t know why she is friends with me,I feel like im holding her back from hanging out with the popular people.its like im her sidekick with the suckiest powers ever and hers are the greatest!a lot of huys like her and even all the guys she liked have asked her out! She lowers my self-esteam so much! What should I do?!
she obviously would have ditched you by now if she didnt like u, she has to like you for a reason right?
looks are not everything…shes friends with you for a reason…dont give up a friendship…I was in the same situation and I know how it feels but you just have to belive that you are beautiful too…shes no better
Being among the popular people doesn’t have to mean you’re among the right kind of people… obviously your friend got a heart pure enough to let her friends, you, comes first. You think she feels like you’re holding her back?… what if you let go of her and she went being with all the popular people, but then felted like she was missing an important part or person who’ve been alongside her for such a long time?… golden friendships are more worth than being popular…
But if it really bugs you and keeps being on your mind then try talk your feelings with her. It sometimes helps to talk it out rather than keep it in and suddenly let a lot of negative energy burst out hurting those close around you, including her.
