What should I do about this creepy guy??

Did you tell him exactly where you live? Or just the state? If you said just the state, you should be okay. Tell him that if he doesn’t leave you alone that you are going to tell the cops. Or you could just block his IM and email so it doesn’t stress you. Most people that talk like that are just talking and will never do anything that they say. If he doesn’t leave you alone and starts threatening to do some really bad things then you should tell someone. But more than likely he is just talking.
