What should I do about the hole in my face?

I have the picking issue I always pick at my face and I picked really bad under my lip and now there’s like a hole and it gets worse when I wash it with water I tried everything lotion proactive vitamen e. What can make it heal?

lotion and proactive are things use DONT use on broken skin especially proactive thats full of harsh chemicals its a wound water wont heal it either you need t keep it clean, maybe put some tea tree oil on it and DONT pick the area again see a doctor fo more advice but to actually get the area to heal, you need to break your habbit of picking it

First you have to stop picking so I recommend parasitomal (lotion that prevents picking) than moisturise it ,after that put “Bio oil” on it.If that doesn’t work see a dermotologist or try and hide it with make up. PS:the makeup must have moisturiser in it or apply moisturise before or after you put makeup on.
