My father is absolutely horrible. He doesn't pay child support. He doesn't feed me or take care of me at all. He thinks he's a great father because he drives me places like, once every week. Then he lies to the court and says all kinds of stuff. He just calls my mom a drunk and says she doesn't do anything for me and that he does EVERYTHING which he doesn't. I don't know what to do. I need help on how to deal with this.
girl tell the court the truth do not be scared after you tell the truth he wont be able to hurt you again and ull be better off with a foster parent or if you prefer your mother. say the truth and why dont you live with your mom if your mom actually cared she would feed you and take care of you So if you prefer foster parents tell the court your mom also dosent care for u . you will go to foster parents that love children and are always there for you and care for you. you need love and care and attention SPEAK UP tell them everything.
How old are you? Depending on how old you are, when your at court you yourself can stand up for your self and say no he doesnt do anythign your mom doesnt and you want to live with your mom.
otherwise you could try talking to him,and your mom, trying working things out.
Sounds like a bad situation. If you have any responsible relatives like aunts or uncles, you should give them a call and ask if you can live with them.
You should tell the court that ir like a caseworker that is incharche of what is going on
My mom is actually amazing. my dad just makes her out to be horrible.
