What should I do about my period?

you havent gotten many helpful answres and your hymen is most likley already broken from other things like exerscise either use tampons or pads, it your choice pads will be easier so buy some of them practice with tampons later if your comfortable bring a small bag/zip up purse in your luggage/bag to keep your pads in you just stick them to the inside of your undies and they catch the blood change them every 4 hours or whenever you beleive they are full enough put a fresh one on in the toilets at the airport before you board the plane then if you need to change the pad during the flight at the toilets from then on just find toilets to change in it might be good to also bring a disposable bag of some kind to put your pads in and later throw them out if there are no available sanitary disposal bins never flush a pad or tampon down the toilet either

use pads bring a lot of them good luck

You need sanitary towels, please buy them. Tampons of any kind may damage the hymen.

wear stuff with pocets and take a bag too
