What should I do about my manager? I need help fast!?

I have been working at one of my jobs for a little over a year now and I have been having problems with my manager for quite some time now, she always spreads rumors that im pregnant or that I sleep around with all of the guys at my work, she says really mean and hurtful things to me in Spanish. I dread working with her all the time. my fiance and his dad (future father in law) is tired of seeing me hurt all the time.. so tonight they both kind of told her off and now I might get fired. I have a meeting with my main manager tomorrow and I would really like it if someone would help me out by giving me some advice on what kind of things I should say, should I file for sexual harassment?

You tell your main manager exactly what happened, and why it happened…

If it ends up you do lose your job…there’s some points…the main one, you don’t have to work that woman anymore.

You also walk away with a good lesson under your belt. You should have taken this to the head manager after the 2nd time your direct supervisor harrassed you. The first time was her only freebee…you don’t have to work under those kind of conditions…nobody does.

PS…if it helps any. This woman’s behavior won’t be changing soon, so she will do this again and again, until they see a pattern…then she will lose HER job…that’s a guarentee.

You should definitely file for some sort of harassment. What shes doing is bullying. And its very unprofessional that shes your manager and is doing this! You don’t need to put up with this. I suggest you find another job. Even if you get this job back, You will feel bad about yourself and all of your co-workers will know about this. Find a fresh start, you don’t deserve any of this.
