What should I do about HIM?

There is this Guy that lives in the same Town and state as I do…He spent the summer over at my house, “trying” to fix my car…I flirted ( which I didnt know I was doing at the time) and he flirted…I was smiling more when He was around and everytime he came over I would smile and be happy…his Fiance was away at basic…and he called me at least 3 or more times a day…he would Pinch my arms, Pull my Hair, and hit my with his work Rag on my leg or butt…lol…but he would sometimes complain about his fiance …sighs then 3 months later his finace was back from august to november…He couldnt call me once she got back because he used her phone too and he didnt t have a cell phone for his own until they broke up… he came over to my house after not seeing or hearing from him…Which really Depressed me then when he came over and my lil sis came running and hugged him which surprised him…then I hugged him…I basically hugged him and we started to talk …then again he started to complain about his Fiance again but this time they were both living together…he left and I only heard from him once during the Next 3 months…then not to long ago he broke up with his Fiance and I asked him after waiting for a week and a half because I knew he would be hurt…but no stupid me went with my stupid heart and not asked him…he has another Girlfriend already and im so depressed and sad I dont think he knows about that…I dont know what to do anymore…well I got the courage to ask him about what he said on my birthday…he said he USED to feel that way and I asked why is it USED now and he told me because we dont see each other or talk to each other everyday…I tried but I never know where he is at…SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!! IM LOST and DEPRESSED
