Well, I think you should just meet up and get to know each other again as friends before discussing the next step kinda thing. Seems as though you’ve both missed each other, but you should be careful not to hurt the girl he is with now. Maybe all you need is to be a little bit patient - not to be the cause of a break-up! I honestly think hes looking for a side dish. I mean, why is he still with his girlfriend if his feelings arent as strong for her anymore? I smell a cheater!! I think you would be a fool to even give him a second chance. He couldnt commit to you in the past, what makes you think he will now? Now isnt the time to become selfish, this is where you tell yourself that he has a girlfriend, and your not going to be a home wrecker. Until he officially breaks it off with her, your not going to pursue anything with him. Guys will pretty much say anything to get what they want. If he didnt feel the same about her, then why is he still with her? A year & a half is a long time, I’m sure hes just looking for some extra fun on the side!
