What to do to lose this extra weight?
hi m rasha here…I m too upset…because am going to be fat day by day..but I don’t take food much!!I avoid choclt,icecream,beef!!!sometimes I feel like am a monstar…I also do exercise but not so hard exercise…my hight is5.3 inch my hips is 42,wst 31…am I huge???yea I knw..can you tell me what should I do to lose my over weight???please give me an idea,I need that!

how much do you weigh? if you go on google and search body mass index, you will get a calculator, you type in your current weight, and height, if your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 then you dont really have anything to worry about. xXx
