Hey I would like to know what a 16 year old girls BMI should be? Cause Im loosing weight so I know that its not what it should be, but if I know what it should be it might help me.
At the beginning of this school year it was a 29.7 (it may have changed but thats what it was)
Oh and I am 5'4 (or 64 3/4 inches) And about 170 (keep in mind Im loosing weight, my end weight will probably be around 120-130 )
So please help.
Well... I'm 17 and mines 27.99... But, tbh, the BMI scale isn't accurate... because your muscle weighs more than fat... so, if you work out a lot, it'll be really wrong...
and, mine says that I'm in the 'overweight' section, seeing as I'm only 5'4/5''... but I love my body... after a bit of convincing myself :/
and, if you're losing weight, it wont go down that much, seeing as you're still the same height.
It wil go down when you loose weight cause it measures the amount of fat in your body, and yeah muscle is heavier, I took that into consideration, and a few other things.
But thank you, and thats good you love your body...everyone should... I dont so Im getting to to where I will =]
