What shampoo do I use for damaged hair?

What shampoo do I use? how do I know if I have damage hair? What to do if I have damage hair? My friend said I have damage hair…but I dunno if I should believe her or not. I cant go to my mom I dont trust her with hair product. My hair is dark brown and I just dont know if its damage or not

You have damaged hair if it gets frizzy, or you get split ends and stuff like that .. But you should really try Loreal Paris cream shampoo and conditioner (Royal Jelly) , it really works . At least on me . Hope this helped ! xx

You can tell if your hair is damaged by random frizziness and poofing out. This can be cured by investing some funds in Profession hair conditioner and shampoo. Try a local Hair salon, and ask them what they’d recommend. Using low-grade Shampoo can be murderous to hair– Suave is your enemy.
