What shall I have 4 dinner

What can I ha for dinner? My mums pestering me to choose what shall I have an ideas?

1 onion, chopped 16 p 2 tbsp curry paste, such as Korma (Patak’s are good) £1.34 4 tomatoes, chopped 12p each 4 skinless chicken thighs (much cheaper than breast!) £2.91 100g young spinach £1 4 tbsp plain yogurt 50p a handful of coriander 79p (60p for the dry herb) rice 64p

  1. Fry the chopped onion in a bit of oil (frying pan or wok) for about 3 mins
  2. Stir in the curry paste for a minutes and add the chicken, tomatoes and a tsp of water
  3. Cover with a lid (or plate) for about 15-20 mins until the chicken is not pink inside
  4. Add the spinach until it just wilts, and add the yogurt and coriander
  5. Serve with the rice of your choice

Only around £10!

Last night, we had fried rice - was very good.

Night before that when I cooked, I made homemade spaghetti and meatballs, with a side of sauteed brocolli. That was good as well, but I’d rather have my wife’s cooking than cook dinner myself, as she’s a much better cook.

If those don’t sound good, try asparagus spears, steak and mashed potatoes….
