What's up with this guy?

It’s probably a little bit of both. Only a mean person would show he likes you by being mean. But its probably the only thing he know how to do.

Be straight-forward with him. Get him alone, just the two of you. And say very clearly, “When you do that thing (be specific), it really hurts and I don’t like it. If you wanna get to know me better, ask me out to a movie. If you don’t like me, then cut it out.” Then walk away.

Then have patience. He’s going to have to teach himself how to be nicer, and that might take time. Good luck!

yeah depends on what the ‘mean’ is.. AND depends on your age, really.

Your not ugly..this tells me that he probably likes you, or is angry that he cant have you.
