What's the next step?

Hmmm, so there’s this guy. I’ve known him for three years now. Pretty much since I’ve met him we’ve flirted around. a lot. As the years have passed by, we’ve gotten to know eachother better. He’s always saying I’m awesome&things of that nature. That I’m beautiful&such. So. A year I go, I said…theoretically…if I were to ask you out…would you say yes…he said maybe. He was a senior at that time&witha job, so I understood his pressure. Then…I tried again…he was sort of iffy. Then, he was about to ask me out&he freaked. Cause, he’s said himself, he’s a wuss at asking chicks out. But, he’s the type that jokes around with friends&is scathing*Latley he’s been…letting his gaurd down, and for those of you that know how Scorpios are, that’s pretty awesome. We’ve been hanging out more&ahhh, the way he acts. He’s so nice&kind! Basically…last time, he said he was also afriad because he was incredibly afraid that he would get attached to me and go to college, and thus, severing ties. He’s very emotional deep down, I can sense it. But basically I guess…what do I do? He’ll be here for two years until he goes out of state. I mean…I’ve never liked a guy this much&he’s just sooo amazing and fitting to me in every aspect. So what do I do? lol. I’ve never, physically, in front of him told him straight out that I liked him&wanted to be his girlfriend. So…should I do that? Gahh…lol. I don’t know. HELP!!!
