What's the best/cheapest at home remedy to lose weight?

I am getting married September 18th of this year, I wouldn’t say I am too overweight, I just have four kids and need to tone things. Because of saving money for the wedding I don’t have the money for gyms and I can’t just leave home because I am a stay at home mom… How can I tone up my arms and tighten my belly at home while my kids are napping, or in bed for the night?

The easiest way is to have set meal times. Eat less excersize more! Brekfast like a king Lunch like a prince Dinner like a pauper

The best thing about getting in shape is that it’s absolutely free. You only pay for the convenience of the venue, but the floor of your living room is just as conducive to push-ups and sit-ups as the floor of a gym. Likewise, cutting back on your caloric intake is also absolutely free. In fact, it will probably save money in the long run.

Don’t go one a heavy diet because that won’t help. Also don’t force yourself to do hours of exercise. Start a daily routine, in which you reduce the amount on calorie intake and increase the amount of exercise you do. Introduce changes gradually and drink water. Lots and lots of water. Don’t stop eating fatty foods, just make a limit or only allow yourself to eat things like cake or chocolate when there is a special occasion.Do small amounts of exercise e.g. a 20 minute walk. Go out at the weekend and take your kids with you maybe to a park so that you can play with them. Don’t skip breakfast or any meal because it won’t help and will make you hungrier. Compensate crisps with granola bars and chocolate with fruit. Make a plan…e.g

Week 1:

Exercise: 20 minute walk everyday.

Food: …etc.
