its a device used to extract milk from your breasts and its only used when your lactating and have a baby to feed or want to take the milk out it doesnt make your boobs grow bigger

there are also breast enlargement pums too. they fit over the entire breast, not just the nipple. there are very expensive systems that you must wear & take forever 4 results. the less expensive manual pumps are much better. you only pump when you want, unlike wearing something. you can get much faster results. ive seen increases of 1-2 cup sizes in 1-2 months.
