I'm going on a date with this guy on Saturday, we dated last year and are gonna give it a shot. I want to show that I've changed, but not too much. So, I need some help with a really amazing date outfit. Something casual, but still cute. Also makeup and hair tips would be appreciated. I'm 5'9". Medium brown hair with blonde highlights. Blue/hazel eyes. Fair skin.

The best advice I've heard is: If you're going to show your chest, don't show your legs.. and if you show your legs, don't show your chest. That way.. you stay cute & classy.
So wear a cute low-cut shirt & jeans. That's a classic, and leaves something to the imagination. (;
Also, I read in Cosmo that guys love seeing neck? haha.. so pulling your hair back could work. have fun! (:
Well, if you feel ready to date him, you should hopefully know his type of girl, and what he likes them to wear. Just try to be yourself. Don't change yourself for a guy. If he doesn't like you as you are, that's his loss. Hope I helped and good luck!
