What's a blumpkin?

I heard the other day that someone was making a blumpkin pie. is that blueberry and pumpkin? Or is it something else completely?

I dont know blumpkin to be anything sexual. The only way I have heard it used was for like a redneck idiot? Maybe you mis heard? Or perhaps they were making a joke about idiots? not sure sorry
