What natural substance can I use to reduce the look of scars?

I used to cut myself, and I have scars on my forearm and my shoulders. But those arent what im worried about, I can deal with those oens, because theyre not really dark.

But then I have some on my legs, and they are serious dark. I know I can never get rid of them, that theyll always be there, I just need to know what I could use to help lighten the scars to make them less noticeable.

I heard lemon juice works…any other things tho? And does anyone know if lemon juice actually does?

I also saw on this site, shaving over the scars works, is that true?

bio oil, I burnt myself with boiling oil and fat before and its really making them fade. go to your local chemist or just boots it’ll be there you can get it in different size bottles too :)

shaving doesnt work, all that will do is probably cut you more lemon juice doesnt work, that just makes the skin a bit lighter if you continually use it bio oil doesnt really work either point is, there is NOTHING that can get rid of or reduce the actual scar itself because thats deformed skin, and its permament some things claim to reduce the appearence of scars, but very, very few of them work

Vitamin E really helps. It’s totally removed my scars. If you call organic lotions natural, you can use coca butter or find some vitamin E lotion. Within a month or two the scars should fade away either completely or be relatively gone. xx

bio oil every morn and evening - let it soak in dont rub in - it works better if you leave it on for a bit :D
