What kinda workout should I do for football?

okay so I posted a question earlier about what football position I should play and have been getting mainl fullback and/or linebacker. What workouts should I do tobe better at these types I’m 5’9 and weigh around 170-180 but I hit hard and got some power in my legs for that god ol wide receiver speed. But I lack stamina sadly.

For stamina work on low weight / high rep workout. You’ve got strength and speed, but you tire easily. Work on running long distances, not necessarily fast but very long. When you work out on with weights use lighter weight but do a lot of reps. Do more power cleans or clean-and-jerks, not power building workouts like benchpresses or squats. Make sure and drink plenty of water!
