What is wrong with my Macbook?

I’ve had my Macbook for about three years, and I’ve recently gotten a billion things fixed on it over a 6 month period (ie. new hard drive, new battery, screen replacement (suddenly went black one day), and fixed cracked case). Granted, Apple fixed most things for free even though I had no warranty, but now, despite a new battery, my laptop won’t charge.

I’ve plugged it into several different outlets, and occasionally my laptop will just stop charging while it’s plugged in. And sometimes, it’ll randomly start charging again. It’s getting to the point where it barely charges now.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

hmm.. no rattling in my charger, and the wriggling doesn’t work either :/ it’s hard to tell because the light on the charger hasn’t worked for months, even though it still charged.

id go with what skyescreamo12 said…

if you rattle your charger can you hear any noise that normally wouldnt be there?

once its all plugged in wriggle the male part (the end of the charger that goes into your lappy) within the female part and see if you can get it to cgarge from doing that…

You might have a sortage in your old charger. Or your charger isn’t reading the new battery. I would take it to where you had it fix and explain the problem or even call a computer store and they can hook it up to diagnostics test and see what is wrong.

I would take it in and ask about it, im not sure what it is exactly I can ask the tecs at my school for you tho
