What is wrong with my abdomin?

Ok,well I should probably give some background to this problem before I properly ask it. About 2 years ago, I got into a few pretty severe fights, with the same guy, and he used to really like kicking me in the ribs and face and head. As well…my ribs were really sore, and were swollen for a day or so. So I took the pain killers in my house (yeah I was stupid, I didn’t go to the doctor once in my 4/5 beatings) And yeah, my ribs and the area killed. Not un-bearable, but really sore. And as of late, I’ve been trying to sleep on my left side at night, but I can’t cus I get the pain where my ribs are, like a springs coming out of the area of the bed, but the thing is I know its not a spring, because my bed is a double bed, I tried sleeping where I thought the spring was,but on my right side, and there was nothing there, so its looking like its my ribs area causing the pain. Do you know of what I can do about it? Cus I can kinda feel one rib on my left side is a little higher up than the others. Cheers guys

thanks guys, but it was a guy in my class who likes to kick my @ss. I aint gay.. and never will be. that is definitly NOT how I roll.

SOUNDS LIKE DAMAGE OR BRUISING TO THE RIB AREA.THE DR.CAN GIVE YPU ANT-INFLAMATORYS.GET RID OF THE BOYFRIEND TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE.

You should go to the doctor, You may have fractured a rib or two and it might have not set back properly. In the future, go to the ER if you get in a fight like this again. You may fight and suffer from internal bleeding which can kill you if nothing is done about it. You are lucky to only have sore ribs, it could have been a lot worse. If you get into a fight and the guy kicks your ribs, he could end up breaking one and it could puncture an organ or artery and you could die within minutes.
