Mostly you just have to check labels and ask questions. Transitive Fat is a man-made substance that was intended to be a healthier alternative to animal fats and butter. Many strokes and myocardial infarctions have been linked directly now to the Transitive fats so after many people died for the sake of "being healthy" we are now saying, "okay, so it isn't a coincidence".
