dude it is a ingrown hair. trust me I just got one out. same exact description. squeeze it somedays and it dont hurt but the next day its huge in size. yea it is definately a ingrown hair. take it when it gets doubled in size and find the head under the skin. poke a clean needle in it and allow it to drain. then stick it in just a little bit farther. there is a duct and you will know where it is. trust me I just did this and this is the only way ihave got them to go away quickly. then squeeze it and let all that nasty stuff come out. puss like substance. repeat till it doesnt hurt anymore. you will know when it is out. then put peroxide on it and your done. it will go away in 2-3 days. it is gonna hurt but suck it up and do it. its the only way I have found to get them to go away. meds dont work and neither do acne creams.

It is probably a boil which can be caused from an ingrown hair or a skin infection. The less you squeeze the better off you are because I squeezed one on my leg and it grew to the size of a grapefruit and I got very sick. I went the hospital and they had to lance ans drain it (which really freakin’ hurts) It should go away on its own.

If it is on the inside of your leg where your leg meets your vaginal area then it may be a sweat bump or irritation from your underwear. It may also be a bump from shaving, if you shave that area. I have had them before and the same thing happened when I squeezed it, It got irritated and red and much larger, but it went away after a few days. Another possibility is an ingrown hair. I seriously doubt that it could be cancer.

You should go to the doctors because It could be something serious I do not want to worrie you but it could be cancer. I have never heard of it on someones leg but you never know get it checked out as soon as possible..

Try zinc oxide ointment…it drys them up so they will form a head and then they can be drained wash it with some dial soap and apply some zinc I have had these bumps for years now well since I have gained some weight from being pregnant. My doctor when I was pregnant gave me a antibiotic but once the antibiotic was done they come back. It is due to friction of your legs rubbing together they so suck you can even get them under your arms and if you have bigger arms if your arms some what rest on your breast when you are sitting you can get them there to along with under your breast as well believe me they are crazy and painful they so suck lol but all I can do it put some zinc on mine well at least that’s what I am doing now they are slowly but surely disappearing and getting smaller. When they are done draining they leave a small hole in your skin looks nasty but they will heal just give it time. The zinc is working for me right now I have a really hard time healing and no I am not a diabetic I just heal slower then some.
