What: Is this virus really going around?

OK, I heard that there is a virus going around. Its an email and if you open it you get a virus. And I heard it has a picture of Obama hanging himself or something? Has anyone got it or people just lying bout that?

I’ve not herd of it… but tbh I pay 0 attention to any virus as I use avg and have done for many years and nothing has ever infected me with avg running :)

I get around 350 emails a day and around 330 end up in the junk folder…

never, ever open a email off someone you dont know as its prop just some ghey crap

The only reason Macs don’t get “viruses” is because they don’t consider worms, Trojan horses, spyware, adware, spam or any of the other nasty species in the zoology of malware as a virus. They only consider self replicating viruses as a virus. In a hacker convention the Mac was actaully the easiest to hack. This included both Vista and a beta version of Windows 7. Macs can get Malware, not viruses. But most Pc’s are affected with malware not true viruses also. The only reason its not as wide spread on Mac is becuase they only hold a 4% market share in personal computers.

There is going to tons of things fliying around best thing to do is to get you internet company to have a program to cover them.

I don’t know my computer doesn’t get viruses cause I have a mac. but if you have a good anti virus thing you should be ok
