What; Is this poem any good?

My heart lost, My thoughts so captivated, My body frozen, With a deadly frost.

Nowhere to go, Nobody to trust, Faith gone like a crossbow, Flung with an immense thrust.

My heart penetrated, And yet you’re so amused, Skin like a floodgate, But the walls, they just refused.

Blood ubiquitously, Tears so toxic You looking so thirsty, Wanting more just like a tick.

All of you a tall tale, But I was completely existent, My lungs, they inhale, Nevertheless the air is so distant.

My life ending with crimson, And your lungs still breathing, My life now free of burdens, And you still living.
