What./is this like taken somebodies identity?

Ok so if you take someones picture you have no idea who they are or wer they live you just take ther picture and like create a different person is it like sealing ther identity

Answer #1

When you hear of “identity theft” this is not what it means. Identity theft is stealing someone’s personal information - like their Social Security number and credit information to make an identity for yourself for the purpose of getting credit cards, committing fraud, etc. For example, I could steal your SSN and a few of your credit cards and use them to get a passport for myself. There are stiff penalties for this kind of identity theft.

What you are doing is not identity theft but it is dishonest. I gotta agree with OkaiO on this one tho. When youre found out, youre gonna look mighty silly.

Answer #2

who said I was the one doin it I was just asking a question kk

Answer #3

Not so sound rude hun, but its just a lie, and thats not something you should do. But, to answer your question, Yes, it is stealing. Unless you asked that person if you can take that picture and give it new information, its def stealing. I hope this helps!

Not so much, then you’re just lying and you’ll end up looking like a fool when someone figures that out.

Answer #7
